Op individuele sites van makelaars worden huizen gemiddeld 24 tot 36 uur eerder gepubliceerd dan op Funda. Wij signaleren dat, omdat we al die sites en off-market kanalen in de gaten houden met AI-zoekbots. Jij krijgt dan direct een woningalert van ons. Hierdoor weet jij - over het algemeen - eerder dat een passende woning beschikbaar is en kun je de verkoopmakelaar bellen om een bezichtiging te plannen.

RoofValue® is onze schatting voor welk bedrag een huis verkocht wordt op de huidige markt. De marktwaarde van een woning baseren we op vergelijkbare verkopen in de buurt en andere relevante data zoals de staat van het onderhoud van het huis. RoofValue® is geen officieel taxatierapport. Eerder een indicatie van hoeveel je moet bieden om de woning te krijgen. Daarom kun je het ook instellen in je zoekfilter, zodat je alleen woningen vindt die echt passen binnen jouw budget.

Welke woningen zie ik in Roof Radar?

Roof Radar toont koopwoningen die worden aangeboden via de websites van individuele makelaars in Nederland, grote platforms en (semi-)off-market kanalen.

Hoe werkt de proefperiode?

Je betaalt eenmalig €1 voor de eerste 7 dagen. Daarna kost het abonnement €29 per maand. Aan het eind van de proeftijd word je gevraagd of je wil verlengen. Wil je dat niet, dan stoppen de woningalerts. Verleng je wel? Dan blijf je meldingen krijgen als er woningen online komen die aan je zoekfilters voldoen. Weet dat je op elk moment kunt opzeggen, dus je zit nergens aan vast.

Hoeveel zoekopdrachten kan ik aanmaken?

Met een abonnement kun je tot 4 actieve zoekopdrachten tegelijk instellen. Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld tegelijkertijd zoeken in Amsterdam en Utrecht. Of een ruime zoekopdracht instellen met je minimale woonwensen en een andere met de eisen die passen bij je droomwoning.

Wanneer gaat mijn (proef)abonnement in?

Direct na je betaling. Vanaf dat moment ontvang je woningalerts voor aanbod dat past bij je zoekopdracht(en).
