Roof Radar toont koopwoningen die worden aangeboden via de websites van individuele makelaars in Nederland, grote platforms en (semi-)off-market kanalen.

Is er een eerlijk gebruik beleid?

Ja. Om onze dienst voor iedereen snel en betrouwbaar te houden, geldt een maximum van 500 woningalerts per 7 dagen per gebruiker. Mocht jouw zoekopdracht dit overschrijden, ontvang je een melding met het verzoek je zoekcriteria iets aan te scherpen.

Hoe werkt de proefperiode?

Je betaalt eenmalig €1 voor de eerste 7 dagen. Daarna kost het abonnement €29 per maand. Aan het eind van de proeftijd word je gevraagd of je wil verlengen. Wil je dat niet, dan stoppen de woningalerts. Verleng je wel? Dan blijf je meldingen krijgen als er woningen online komen die aan je zoekfilters voldoen. Weet dat je op elk moment kunt opzeggen, dus je zit nergens aan vast.

You’ll see properties offered throughout the Netherlands, from the websites of individual brokers, major platforms like Funda, and (semi) off-market channels.

Is there a limit to the number of alerts I can receive?

Yes. To keep our service fast and reliable, we have a fair use policy, which means you can get a maximum of 500 home alerts per 7 days.

If we find more matches than this, we’ll send you a notification asking you to refine your search criteria slightly.

How does the trial period work?

You’ll pay just €1 for your first 7 days of access. After that, if you want to continue using Roof Radar, you’ll be charged a monthly subscription fee of €29.

There’s no obligation to continue paying or using Roof Radar after the 7-day, €1 trial period. We’ll email you at the end of the 7 days to ask if you want to continue, and if you don’t, your home alerts will stop and you won’t be charged anything more.

If you decide to continue, you’re free to cancel any time. There’s no minimum term.
