It’s not an official valuation, but an indication of the bid you’re likely to need to make to secure the property. That's why you can use RoofValue® as a search criterion: it means you only see homes that you can afford based on their true value, not their asking price.

You’ll see properties offered throughout the Netherlands, from the websites of individual brokers, major platforms like Funda, and (semi) off-market channels.

You’ll pay just €1 for your first 14 days of access. After that, if you want to continue using Roof Radar, you’ll be charged a monthly subscription fee of €29.

There’s no obligation to continue paying or using Roof Radar after the 7-day, €1 trial period. We’ll email you at the end of the 7 days to ask if you want to continue, and if you don’t, your home alerts will stop and you won’t be charged anything more.

You can have up to 4 active searches running simultaneously. 

This means that, for example, you can search in Amsterdam and Utrecht at the same time. Or, you can set up a broad search that matches your minimum requirements, plus another with more specific, ‘dream home’ criteria.
