You pay €1 for the first 30 days and have immediate access to all functionality of the package you choose. A week before the end, you receive a reminder email. If you do nothing, your subscription automatically continues at the regular rate of your chosen package. Want to stop? You can cancel through your account or send us an email.

No. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription. No setup costs, no setup fee, no costs per client added, no costs per alert sent.

You won't be able to add new clients until space frees up (for example, when a client has bought a property). You can also upgrade to a higher package at any moment, which takes effect immediately.

All packages contain the same features. The only difference is the number of clients you can manage simultaneously in the tool. Silver suits solo agents and starters, Gold fits growing firms and Platinum is for teams with many active buying assignments.

With an annual subscription, you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free. You can pay once a year, or spread it across monthly instalments. After the first year, the subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis, so you can cancel at any moment after that.
